Good Karma announced this week they have purchased WRRD-AM/540 in Milwaukee from Salem Communications for an undisclosed amount. Good Karma, headed by Mel's son, Craig Karmazin already owns WAUK-AM/1540 in the market. That station is a sports talk station by is a licensed daytimer. Good Karma has been leasing air time after 6pm from WMCS-AM. Now with the new station they will simulcast WAUK on WRRD beginning next month.
