Rickey Smiley morning show debuts in nine markets

Comedian Rickey Smiley, handled by Reach Media has joined with Radio One to form Syndication One and the launch of a nationally syndicated morning show.  Rickey says it is a different kind of morning show.  He is joined on the show by  co-hosts Ebony Steele and “The Nutz” (Gary with the T, Headkrack, Sista Sondra, Rock T and Special K). Rickey also appears in the movie "First Sunday" and is touring the country as the lead of a new stage play, titled "Ain't Nobody Called and Told Me Nothing."

The new morning show is now in nine markets... Power 103 (KVSP-FM) in Oklahoma City, OK; 100.1 The Beat (KRVV-FM) in Monroe, LA; Soul 92 Jams (WRSV-FM) in Rocky Mount, NC; 98.9 (WOWE -FM) in Flint, MI; 105.7 The Beat (WJXM-FM) in Meridian, MS; 92.1 Jamz  (WJJN-FM) in Dothan, AL; 102.3 Jamz (KBCE-FM) in Vicksburg, MS; Hot 97.3 (WJZE-FM) in Toledo, OH; and 92.1 (WMSU-FM) in Columbus, MS.  Smiley's morning show already airs on KBFB-FM in Dallas, WHHL-FM in St. Louis, and WFXA-FM in Augusta.
