New research on RVing according to newly conducted research by by
Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown, and Russell (YPBR) for the National Association
of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) says there are 7.2 million RVs on the road in the United States. We're not sure if that includes all those RV's we saw at the Stanford-USC football game in Palo Alto, CA this weekend..or the millions who rent RVs every year, or the hundreds of thousands that attend NASCAR
Today a record 7.2 million RVs are on the roads in the United States.
Nationwide, there are as many as 30 million RV enthusiasts (10% of the US
population), including renters, according to newly conducted research by
Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown, and Russell (YPBR) for the National Association
of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC). The title of the research is “The
American Camper: Profiles and Perspectives”. One in 8 driving households
do at least some RVing.
